About This Product

Converting film is a film that is made by laminating materials with different properties to achieve the desired performance. Kojin provides nylon films and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) films using our unique "tubular method simultaneous biaxial stretching technology." It has the excellent characteristics of shrinking uniformly in both length and width, with little difference in physical properties even at the edges of the film, and being resistant to bag breakage and pinholes.

■Features

・Dechlorination "Bonyl-SPY" is a coextruded gas barrier nylon film manufactured by the tubular method. It has the same oxygen barrier properties as Bonyl-K, but does not contain chlorine-based substances. (No chlorine gas is generated during the incineration process.) ・Heat resistance In addition to boil processing, it can also be used in semi-retort applications, which was difficult to handle with conventional PVDC coated products. ・Heat shrinkage anisotropy Manufactured using the same tubular method as ``Bonyl-RX'', it has low heat shrinkage anisotropy and there is no pattern shift or S-curl during bag making, and no bag distortion due to heat treatment during sterilization. ・Flexibility Although the difference is not as great as ONY, because it is manufactured using the tubular process, it is softer than similar coextruded barrier nylon films made using the tenter process. Highly recommended for applications that require a soft touch. ・Half-tone printing suitability The middle layer uses nylon resin with gas barrier properties, and both outer layers use normal nylon resin (nylon 6), so it has printing characteristics equivalent to "Bonyl-RX" (half-tone printing). is also good).
