About This Product

BMS (Building Management System) is a system that comprehensively manages the technical functions of a building, including access control, security, fire alarms, lighting, elevators, and air conditioning.

■pCOWeb card features

The pCOWeb card creates an interface to networks using HVAC protocols based on Ethernet physical standards such as BACnet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and SNMP from pCO Sistema. BACnet is a communication protocol for building automation that complies with standards established by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). These standards enable vendors to develop BACnet equipment and interoperate with different systems. Implementations of the standard are certified by BTL (BACnet Testing Laboratories) laboratories. pCOWeb cards have passed BTL laboratory tests. Modbus is the most widely used protocol in the HVAC/R field; it is simple, can be used for any package development, and has a low burden on hardware and software resources. SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is an IP network protocol defined by the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) that defines commands for exchanging information between different devices on a network. The card is equipped with an integrated web server, containing HTML pages related to specific applications and a browser that allows remote system management. The internal logger produces a 20-variable log (CSV file) and a 5-variable graph (SVG file). You can receive these files by email daily. pCO applications can be updated remotely via the Ethernet network. The embedded LINUX operating system allows the addition of user-developed applications (plug-ins) as required.
