About This Product

■Summary

This is a method of supplying a fixed amount of material by temporarily storing the material in a cylinder with a fixed volume and then discharging the entire amount. Depending on the size of the cylinder, it is possible to supply extremely accurate fixed amounts from very small amounts to relatively large amounts. This method utilizes the pressure of the material fed from the pump to supply a fixed amount using a combination of a measuring cylinder and a switching valve. There are types for each cylinder stroke setting, and the setting range is from a minimum of 0.08mL to 100mL. This system allows you to easily design the optimal system for your intended use by simply connecting an automatic metering valve that is activated by an air signal and a 3-way air pulp that sends an air signal. Moreover, since the device is small and lightweight, it can be easily integrated into other devices. Electrical control is also possible by using a 3-way solenoid valve. Please select one for grease (KGK-401M~408M) or adhesive (KGK-402T~408T) depending on the material used.
