About This Product

■Summary

The pump delivers a constant amount of material per stroke. This method is used to count the strokes of the pump and automatically shut off the pump's drive source (air) when it reaches a preset value. The pumps manufactured by Yamada are reciprocating pumps and diaphragm pumps, and since both are positive displacement pumps, it is possible to count the strokes by attaching a sensor. The measured value can be set as an integral multiple of the discharge amount per stroke, making it an extremely economical quantitative method. *When performing control, please conduct a test with the materials used in advance. The measured alcohol level varies depending on the material and pump type. For diaphragm pumps, models with built-in high-frequency emitting proximity sensors are also available. (NDP-E series) A ​​proximity sensor detects the stroke end of the diaphragm, and the control unit that receives the sensor signal controls the reciprocating motion of the pump by switching the center exhaust type 3-position 5-port solenoid valve. Masu. Can be connected to a counter to manage strokes and be incorporated into instrumentation. Operation is also possible with a programmable logic controller (P.LC).
