About This Product

This is an innovative meandering adjustment roller that does not require electricity and adjusts belt meandering using only mechanical functions. The dimensions and specifications allow it to be installed directly into the JIS mounting hole position of the existing return mounting bracket, making it easy to install and immediately contributing to conveyor safety.

■Mechanical meandering adjustment

The interior is made up of mechanical parts, and these components are soaked in oil and normally rotate as return rollers, but if the belt meanders and shifts to the left in the direction of travel, the mechanical parts Automatically moves forward and leans forward to the left. When the roller tilts forward to the left, the belt naturally tries to return to the center due to vector action, suppressing meandering. If meandering occurs in the direction of travel and shifts to the right, the rollers will naturally lean forward to the right, and the same mechanical movement will suppress the meandering of the belt. This is an innovative meandering adjustment roller that suppresses meandering using only mechanical action without using electricity or hydraulic power.

■Designed to be installed in existing bracket hole position

The roller and special bracket are manufactured to match the hole positions of the existing return JIS bracket. Installation is easy, just attach the special bracket first, then set the rollers.

■“Torukkun” roller is effective in preventing belt entanglement accidents
