About This Product

◼︎Overview ・A bellows-shaped air spring that can be expanded and contracted with compressed air. ・As anti-vibration parts for buildings, railway vehicles, etc. ・As a substitute for hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders due to its low-floor design ・As a substitute for domestic manufacturer products due to its high cost performance ◼︎Air spring function ・As a vibration-proofing/vibration-isolating component for equipment that generates vibrations ・As a motor coupling ・As a substitute for a cylinder ◼︎Characteristics of air springs ・High vibration isolation performance due to low natural frequency (1~4Hz) ・By increasing the supply air pressure, the anti-vibration performance remains almost the same and can handle higher loads. ・When used as a substitute for air or hydraulic cylinders, the bellows design allows for easy expansion and contraction, resulting in long life. ・Since there are no sliding parts, maintenance such as lubrication is not required and it is highly durable. -Low floor design compared to cylinders with the same stroke amount and thrust ・Allows expansion and contraction at angles (up to 30°) that are impossible with conventional cylinders, while suppressing noise during operation. ・Various lineup (installation method, dimensions, load capacity, stroke amount) ・Rubber materials can be changed for approximately 95% of the product lineup, such as butyl and nitrile rubber with excellent weather resistance, EPDM with heat resistance, and chloroprene with seawater and acid resistance. ◼︎Oria's air spring ・The necessary airtightness is ensured by completely adhering the metal plate to the bellows made of various rubber materials and reinforcing cloth. ・Depending on the model, the end closure (mounting part) can be changed to a plate type or ring type. ・Rubber and metal parts can be selected from various materials ◼︎Air spring material ・Natural rubber (NR) ・Butyl (IIR) ・Nitrile (NBR) ・EPDM ・Chloroprene (CR) ・Stainless steel (SUS304or316) ◼︎Utilization scene ・For preventing noise and vibration of outdoor units for large commercial air conditioners ・As a cylinder for lifting equipment (scissor lift) ・As an angle adjustment mechanism for solar panels ・For soundproofing and vibrationproofing of commercial washing machines ・For truck suspensions and lifting devices to eliminate level differences in truck yards ・As a part of quarry screener (separation) equipment ・As a motor coupling (shaft joint)
