Nowadays, with the promotion of telework, various methods are used for internal meetings and business negotiations with customers, but Digital Arts has developed a purely domestic online conference system that facilitates internal and external communication regardless of location. We provide services to achieve this.

You can check various search functions, bookmarks, and viewing status of unread/read. You can chat one-on-one or in groups.

・Purely domestic system
It has a simple UI for domestic users and can be used regardless of IT literacy. Since Digital Arts handles everything from development to sales, we can respond quickly to any inquiries.

・User collaboration
By linking with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace, user information can be registered on the system at once.

・Single sign-on
By working with your IdP, you can configure single sign-on using Active Directory information.

・Group management
You can register groups and manage users by group. By registering departments and teams separately, you can check the user list for each group.

◼︎Security
・IP address restriction
You can allow access only from specific locations, such as allowing access only from internal IP addresses.

・Limited number of logins
To prevent unauthorized access, if you fail to log in more than the specified number of times, you will be unable to access the Desk for a certain period of time.

・Two-factor authentication
In addition to the usual authentication by entering a user ID/password, you can add authentication by a one-time password to your email for even more secure use.

・Preventing erroneous sending/posting restrictions
Flexible settings are possible, such as preventing erroneous sending with a confirmation dialog when sending, or allowing only posts from specific users to be used for one-way communication.

・Guest user warning
We will introduce ways to prevent erroneous transmissions and information leaks when communicating with guest users.
