About This Product

Sanei's air winches have continued to evolve by leveraging years of experience and advanced technology, and have been widely used in various fields such as civil engineering, shipbuilding, steel manufacturing, and offshore. In addition to the traditional advantage of explosion-proof specifications, it is lightweight and compact, making it easy to move, and the compressor allows stable operation even in areas without electricity. The W series is available in 5 easy-to-operate models that can meet a wide range of needs. Selection is made easy by the model display, ensuring safer work and economical efficiency. ◼︎Features -Uses a poppet valve for the operating part, so there is almost no air leakage. ・The operating valve can be easily rotated in forward and reverse directions. The speed of air flowing into the control valve from the poppet valve can be adjusted by operating the valve handle. ・Uses a robust radial piston type air motor. ・The air motor is an oil bath type, and oil discs supply oil to each sliding part. -Ball and roller bearings minimize friction loss. ・Set the reduction ratio to optimize the relationship between rope pull and speed. ・With a secure claw clutch that can be locked in the ``on'' and ``off'' positions, you can freely operate the rope by leaving it free on the drum. ・Both manual and automatic band brakes are used for safe braking operation. - The related bearings have a completely sealed structure to prevent oil from leaking inside the crankcase and gear case.
