・Can be used even in bad environments
Since the power source is compressed air, it can be used in flammable and dangerous environments such as explosive gas and dust explosion atmospheres.

・Self-cooling effect
There is a self-cooling effect due to the adiabatic expansion of compressed air, and the motor itself does not easily generate heat. Standard operating atmosphere temperature is -10℃~70℃.

・Easy to control rotation speed
The rotation speed can be easily varied from low to high speed by adjusting the flow rate using a throttle valve (speed controller) and adjusting the pressure using a pressure reducing valve (regulator).

・Safe against overload
Even if the motor is overloaded, it will simply decelerate or stop in balance with the load, and the motor will not burn out or overheat, and when the load decreases, it will start up or speed up again and return to its original state.

・Wide range of uses
It has a wide range of uses, such as storing compressed air in a receiver tank etc. for emergency drive during power outages, or as a brake system that utilizes the air motor's engine braking characteristics rather than as a prime mover.

・Can be used frequently
The compressibility of air pressure (cushion vacuum effect) allows for smooth starting, stopping, and forward/reverse rotation.

・Small and lightweight
Since the machine weight and volume per motor output are small, it is suitable for reducing the size and weight of the entire device.

・Compressed gas can also be used
In addition to compressed air, compressed gases such as nitrogen gas can also be used.

・Since a governor is equipped as standard, constant speed rotation can be obtained even if there are fluctuations in load or pressure. In addition, a control handle is included as standard, so the direction of rotation can be controlled using the motor. There are also models that can be controlled by pilot pressure, so please contact us.
・As standard, the exhaust port is horizontal, but by removing the cover, you can connect the exhaust piping.
・There are no sliding parts other than the oil seal in the rotating parts.
・The output shaft can be rotated more easily than the outside.
-The output shaft can be mounted either at the top (H1 in the dimension table) or at the bottom (H in the dimension table).
