Our unique mechanism shines especially in low-speed rotation and start-up performance, which are areas where air motors are weak.

・Can be used even in bad environments
Since the power source is compressed air, it can be used in flammable and dangerous environments such as explosive gas and dust explosion atmospheres.

・Self-cooling effect
There is a self-cooling effect due to the adiabatic expansion of compressed air, and the motor itself does not easily generate heat. Standard operating atmosphere temperature is -10℃~70℃.

・Easy to control rotation speed
The rotation speed can be easily varied from low to high speed by adjusting the flow rate using a throttle valve (speed controller) and adjusting the pressure using a pressure reducing valve (regulator).

・Safe against overload
Even if the motor is overloaded, it will simply decelerate or stop in balance with the load, and the motor will not burn out or overheat, and when the load decreases, it will start up or speed up again and return to its original state.

・Wide range of uses
It has a wide range of uses, such as storing compressed air in a receiver tank etc. for emergency drive during power outages, or as a brake system that utilizes the air motor's engine braking characteristics rather than as a prime mover.

・Can be used frequently
The compressibility of air pressure (cushion vacuum effect) allows for smooth starting, stopping, and forward/reverse rotation.

・Small and lightweight
Since the machine weight and volume per motor output are small, it is suitable for reducing the size and weight of the entire device.

・Compressed gas can also be used
In addition to compressed air, compressed gases such as nitrogen gas can also be used.

・This is an air motor for one-way rotation only. The rated rotation speed is 1,800r.p.m and it can be used in the same way as an electric motor.
- The dimensions of the output shaft and mounting flange are the same as the motor equivalent to the rated output.
・The rotation direction can be changed by rearranging the component parts.
-Can also be used in vertical form.
- Mounting methods include face, flange, and base.
