This heater is ideal when high temperature resistance is required. Polyimide film (PI), an insulating material, can withstand heat up to 300℃. Polyimide film (PI) heaters have a higher heat resistance than silicone rubber heaters and PET heaters. Shapes can be round, triangular, or punched. The heating target can be heated and heated with complex shapes ranging from flat surfaces to three-dimensional objects.
It is thin, light, flexible, has excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and can be designed to suit the usage environment. Polyimide film is used as the insulating material, and we will respond according to cost, shape, temperature, and usage environment. Polyimide film is thin and has a small heat capacity, so it also has a quick response to raising the temperature of the object to be heated.
Because the metal elements are evenly distributed on the heater surface, there is little uneven heating and the heater has high thermal efficiency. Furthermore, since the heating element pattern has a high degree of freedom in design, it is also possible to achieve even more precise temperature distribution by adding partial density.
