■Summary
This heater is laminated with PET (polyester) film, has a high degree of design freedom, and is relatively inexpensive. Shapes can be round, triangular, or drilled. The heating target can be heated and heated with complex shapes ranging from flat surfaces to three-dimensional objects. It is thin, light, flexible, has excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and can be designed to suit the usage environment.
The insulating material can be a combination of polyester film or polyester foam, depending on cost, shape, temperature, and usage environment. Since both insulating materials are thin and have a small heat capacity, they also have a quick response to temperature rise of the object to be heated.
Because the metal elements are evenly distributed on the heater surface, there is little uneven heating and the heater has high thermal efficiency. Furthermore, since the heating element pattern has a high degree of freedom in design, it is also possible to achieve even more precise temperature distribution by adding partial density.
