■Features of high temperature heat resistant heater (epoxy resin impregnated glass cloth)

This heater has a heating element (grafted carbon) insulated with epoxy resin-impregnated glass cloth that can withstand high temperatures. Since it uses heat-resistant resin, it can be used at temperatures as high as 150℃. Additionally, the product's thickness is only 1mm or less, so it can be installed in narrow spaces or locations with height restrictions. The heater can also be bent and installed (excluding the power supply). The heating element is evenly distributed, there is no bias in voltage, and there is no localized heat generation, resulting in a uniform temperature distribution. Thanks to our manufacturing know-how, the resistance value of the heating element is stable and can be used safely for a long time. It is also possible to install safety devices (thermal fuses, thermostats). It is extremely durable because it is integrally molded with heat-resistant insulating material.
