About This Product

■Summary

Because it generates heat in a planar shape, the temperature rise response is high and the temperature distribution is uniform. This is a solid sheet heater with excellent durability. The epoxy resin-impregnated glass cloth used as an insulating material has higher durability than film heaters and can be used in high temperature and high humidity environments. It can be used flat as well as bent.

■Characteristics of epoxy resin heater

This heater has a heating element (grafted carbon) insulated with epoxy resin-impregnated glass cloth. It is designed to adhere not only to flat surfaces but also to some R shapes. Since it is a sheet heating element, it generates heat uniformly over the entire surface and can be used at normal temperatures of 120℃. It generates radiant heat such as far infrared rays, and can heat objects not only by heat conduction but also without contact. Due to its structure, the risk of wire breakage is extremely low and can be used safely for a long time. Advantages of epoxy resin heaters

■ Uniform temperature distribution

Since heat is generated over the entire surface, it is not unreasonable to generate heat, and the temperature rises quickly over the entire surface, and the temperature distribution is uniform. It has higher resistance stability than general dotite heaters (carbon heaters) and can maintain a uniform temperature distribution semi-permanently.

■Safe with no disconnections

The power consumption when energized is extremely stable, and there is no disconnection or oxidation, so it has a long life.

■Outstanding durability

The heating element is made of glass cloth and is integrally molded with heat-resistant insulating material, making it extremely durable.

■Radiant heat

The heating element approximates a perfect black body, and radiant heat such as far infrared rays can be expected.

■Energy saving

Because the entire surface generates heat, it is a highly efficient energy-saving heater that heats up faster and faster with the same power compared to other linear heaters.

■Durability of insulation materials

The insulating material used (glass cloth impregnated epoxy resin) is stronger and extremely durable compared to other insulating materials (polyester film).
