■Summary

A high-lead ball screw jack using a ball screw shaft that is ideal for high-speed use.

■Features

・Basic capacity: 4kN to 200kN ・High lead ball screw allows faster lifting speed than the standard type even at the same input rotation speed. ・The rolling friction between the nut and screw shaft is comparable to that of a ball bearing, allowing approximately three times the efficiency and energy-saving motion compared to a screw jack that uses trapezoidal screws. ・It is also possible to manufacture specifications that prevent the screw shaft from twisting around on the main body side. ・A wide variety of options are available, including bellows to protect the screw shaft, trunnion base, control limit switch, and RC encoder. ・There is no self-lock function. Be sure to install a brake. ・Maximum allowable input rotation speed (over 1000min-1 is basically oil lubricated): 2,000min-1
