About This Product

■Summary

The H-type valve actuator is a 90 degree rotation worm reducer designed to be attached to large butterfly valves, etc. A helical gear attachment is standard to reduce input shaft torque. The 1-stage reduction of the helical gear attachment is for electric use, and the 2-stage reduction is for manual use.

■Features

- Can be used in combination with electric and pneumatic limit torque SMB, JMB types, etc., and can also be operated manually in combination with other manual reducers. - Special steel is used for the worm and high tensile strength bronze is used for the worm gear, making it extremely strong. In addition, we have increased gear precision and minimized backlash. - The stopper uses a stop screw method that is easy to adjust and has excellent durability, and can be adjusted ±5 degrees at both ends of the travel. - Three sizes are available depending on output torque.
