About This Product

■Summary

The HB type valve actuator is a 90 degree rotation (or less) worm reducer designed to be attached to butterfly valves, plug valves, etc.

■Features

- Can be used remotely in combination with electric and pneumatic limit torque SMB, JMB, L120 types, etc., and can also be operated manually by attaching a handle. We also offer spur gear attachments to reduce manual operation force, and bevel gear attachments if you want to change the direction of the input shaft by 90 degrees. - Special steel is used for the worm, and high tensile strength bronze is used for the worm gear. Therefore, although it is small, it is very powerful. In addition, we have increased gear precision and minimized backlash. ・Since a double sleeve is used in combination with the valve, the relationship with the key position on the valve stem can be adjusted freely. - The stopper uses a stop screw method that is easy to adjust and has excellent durability for all sizes, and can be adjusted ±5 degrees at both ends of the travel. - 11 sizes are available depending on output torque.
