About This Product

■Summary

The BGA series can be attached directly to gate valves and globe valves that receive thrust, allowing easy manual opening and closing. It can also be easily installed on existing valves by preparing an adapter. Compact design with internal thrust bearing.

■Applications

Since its release, hundreds of thousands of units have been widely adopted and used in water supply and sewage systems, water gates, power plants, etc.

■Features

・The main body has a sealed structure and is filled with extreme pressure grease, so it can be used immediately. - Ball bearings are used for all bearings, and the efficiency is over 90%. ・A hammer blow is provided, making it easy to close the valve. (However, only BGA-4 has no lost motion) ・Since the stem nut is a double type with spline fitting, it can be easily removed for thread processing. - Openness gauge and display limit switch are available as options. -Instead of a manual handle, it can be easily powered by attaching an SMB series, JMB series, or L120 series actuator (electric or pneumatic) using a standard adapter. -Handwheel, stem cover, and stem plug are available as separate accessories. ・An orthogonal two-axis type is also available, making it compatible with a variety of systems.
