About This Product

■Limitorque valve control SMB series with proven performance and reliability

The Limitorque SMB series is a valve actuator that has a proven track record in various key industrial fields including thermal and nuclear power plants. Strong materials, high-precision processing, a generous design, and various protection mechanisms ensure excellent performance over a long period of time. Covers a torque range of up to 27,000N・m with 8 different unit sizes and a wide range of reduction ratios. You can specify the protection type depending on the installation environment, such as outdoor type (standard), explosion-proof type, or water-resistant type.

■Applications

・Thermal power, nuclear power, hydropower plants, petroleum, chemicals, ships, paper manufacturing, etc. - SMB can be directly attached to multi-turn valves (sluice gates, gate valves, globe valves, sluice gates, etc.). -Can be used in combination with part-turn actuators for part-turn valves (butterfly valves, plug valves, dampers, etc.).

■Actuator that can be installed

・BA (allowable thrust 26-1200kN, for multi-turn valve) ・HB (allowable thrust 0.83-200kN・m, for part-turn type valve) ・H (Allowable thrust 390-1100kN・m, for part-turn type valve)
