About This Product

Environmentally friendly next-generation water-based one-component floor coating that can be removed by cleaning and can be used like wax. ◼︎Simple+ ・One bottle covers both UA coating and UA Finish L ・No need for nano+ cleaner, all in one multifunctional Kangen water ・Multi-functional Kangen Water can be washed without repelling even when applied with a 250 times diluted solution ・No need for UA coating on the base and can be combined with finish+ ・Maintenance can be completed with just multifunctional Kangen water and finish+ ◼︎Maintenance + ・The moist and elegant luster makes it easy to repair parts. - Resistant to oil stains and easy to clean with multifunctional reduced water 1,000 times more - Reduces daily cleaning time as heel marks are hard to form and easy to remove ・Film reduction can be done with just multi-functional Kangen water, so it is easy to reduce film during daily cleaning. ◼︎Image clarity + ・If you apply a thick coat and take the leveling time (10 minutes) exactly, you can easily achieve good leveling and clarity that looks like a propane buff. ・Image clarity superior to UA Finish L provides a beautiful appearance regardless of gloss level ◼︎Quick drying + ・Dries even faster than quick-drying UA Finish L ・Dries quickly and can be applied safely even in areas where there is walking, such as hospital hallways. ・Since the wax hardens quickly, the loss of gloss can be suppressed within a week after application. ・Since it dries even when applied thickly, it is possible to significantly increase the film thickness with one application. ◼︎Cleaning before wax application ・Multifunctional Kangen Water 250x + SPP Pad ・3M Purple Diamond - If you use a new SPP pad, it will be difficult to increase the gloss of the first layer. ◼︎Adhesion rate + ・Higher adhesion rate than UA Finish L leads to high durability ・Adheres to non-wax tiles with adhesion rate comparable to UA coating. ・It can adhere to glass coatings and can be used for partial repairs, making the repaired area look natural and unnoticeable.
