About This Product

Principle

■CPY club

・Particles are crushed by colliding with a collision plate at a theoretical flow velocity of Mach 2 or higher. ・Circulate the coarse powder to the crushing section again

■DSF Department

・Dispersion of raw materials by swirling airflow in the upper dispersion zone - Raw materials are uniformly supplied to the classification zone through the ring-shaped slit. ・High-speed swirling airflow is created by secondary air from the guide vanes. ・Highly accurate separation of coarse powder and fine powder by the above swirling airflow

■Features

・All particles collide with the collision plate ・Very large impact and high crushing efficiency ・It is possible to crush highly hard raw materials that were previously impossible to crush. ・A sharp pulverized product with a narrow particle size distribution can be obtained. ・Simple structure and high maintainability

■Optional specifications

・Abrasion-resistant specifications: Surface coating of hard materials or elastic resin-based powder contact areas is possible. ・Anti-adhesion specification: Surface coating of powder contact area possible with materials with low friction coefficient. ・Remote control louver specification: Anyone can easily change the classification point while driving by simply turning the dial. ・Ultra-fine grinding specification (FAS/N-type casing): Able to obtain finer products
