About This Product

■Principle

・Crushing due to collision of particles at a theoretical flow velocity of Mach 2 or higher ・Separate coarse powder and fine powder by high-speed swirling airflow - Classified by a special classification mechanism with a coarse particle return hole. ・N Type has separate classification zone and crushing zone, allowing you to obtain sharp products. ・S Type performs crushing and classification simultaneously within the crushing zone. Features

■N Type

- Fine powder with a narrow particle size distribution from the nano level to several tens of microns can be obtained due to the skillful classification effect of the crushing zone. ・The coarse powder returns to the inside of the grinding nozzle and is re-accelerated, resulting in a high grinding effect.

■S Type

・All parts in the grinding zone are made of ceramic (standard specification) ・Possible to crush low melting point, mildly heat sensitive substances ・No contamination during crushing ・Easy maintenance and inspection as there are no moving parts

■Optional specifications

・Abrasion-resistant specifications: Surface coating of hard materials or elastic resin-based powder contact areas is possible. ・Anti-adhesion specifications: surface coating of contact areas with materials with low abrasion coefficient possible, gas heating - Over-grinding prevention specification: Select from nozzles that maintain appropriate classification air volume and can control the crushing force. ・Ultra-fine grinding specification: Uses gas that can increase grinding power ・Pharmaceutical specifications: Selection of surface finish, sanitary type - Upper casing opening/closing specification: It is now very convenient to attach and detach the upper casing of large machines. ・MJM specification: 65% fewer components compared to conventional crushers.
