■Forced convection cooling method

・The GRC-NFS liquid immersion cooling system consists of a liquid tank rack, CDU (pump module), and cooling equipment (cooling tower, chiller, etc.). ・By circulating the coolant heated by the exhaust heat of the server CPU and GPU and exchanging heat with the cold water generated by the cooling device, the server maintains a constant, safe temperature even when the server is continuously used under high load conditions.
