Spectra-PHYSICS CW wavelength variable lasers have a wide range of product portfolios that are optimal for quantum applications, providing useful tuning range, output, and line widths for difficult quantum applications. The tapered amplifier of the NEW FOCUS VAMP series is designed for high -output variable and fixed wavelength applications such as atomic cooling, spectroscopy, and bose -instein condensation. VAMP faithfully amplifies the wavelength variable one frequency light caused by the external resonator diode laser and other appropriate wavelength light sources. ■ Fiber couple input

VAMP is composed of fiber couples input and guarantees a quick, simple, reliable alignment. Active input power monitoring prevents self -laser release and protects tapered amplifier chips with a safety shut -off function when the seed power drops to less than 10MW.

■ Intuitive operation

You can start and operate immediately with a simple control by the TA-7600-LN controller. The TA-7600-LN controller is equipped with a tapered amplifier head recognition function to automatically set temperature and current maximum. It also has front panel control, RS-232, USB interface, and GUI.
