Spectra-PHYSICS provides high-quality fiber lasers such as high-speed precision micromasing, markings, and Lidar, in addition to V-Gen. Fiber laser products cover UVs from IR and low output CW from pulse. ■ High -speed precision micromaching high output UV & green hybrid fiber laser ・> 80W UV (400μJ) or> 60W UV (300 μJ) ・> 95W Green (475 µj) or> 75W Green (375 µj) ・ New function TIMESHIFT Technology ・ High-speed processing with high repetitive frequency (0-3.5MHz) ■ Overview The groundbreaking performance of the Quasar series realizes the unmatched UV average output, energy at high repetition, etc., leading the industry in high -speed micromaching. Quasar has the latest TIMESHIFT technology for programmable pulse profiles to achieve the ultimate process speed, flexibility, and control. ■ A groundbreaking technology Quasar achieves groundbreaking results by combining advanced fiber lasers, power amplifiers, and patented harmonics technology. This unique design enables TIMESHIFT technology due to fiber laser flexibility and robustness. Add Spectra-PHYSICS's unique power amplifier, and QUASAR enhances this flexibility at an unprecedented high power power level. Finally, due to the high-conditioned waves of Spectra-PHYSICS patented Spectra-PHYSICS, QUASAR is a reliable 24-hour OEM laser for applications that require the most strict request. We continue to provide innovative synergistic effects of gender and control. ■ A groundbreaking performance The Quasar UV80 outputs QUASAR UV45, UV60, UV60-TURBO laser, even higher output, 200kHz 10NS> 80W UV output, and> 400 µJ pulse energy. The Quasar UV80 operates with a wide repetition frequency of 0 to 3.5MHz, and the pulse width is <2ns ~> 100ns. The Quasar UV60 outputs> 60W UV for 300kHz 10ns. ■ High reliability for continuous operation Quasar has been designed, manufactured, and tested based on strict quality standards to maintain reliability and continuous operation in a highly demanding 24 -hour and year -round manufacturing environment. The built -in ALPS (active laser pulvation system) helps to make it last longer. Finally, the QUASAR laser automatic data logging software monitors all major laser performance parameters as much as the laser can operate and provide as a powerful service function and product reliable tool. The customer version of this software is also available. ■ TIMESHIFT technology Quasar is the first laser to provide TIMESHIFT technology in this class, and can have a pulse energy program in time. Controling laser pulse (pulse width and shape) with time and repetitive frequency will make material removal and modification more efficient in micromasing, contributing to the speed and quality of processes. The use of the TIMESHIFT function with high -output UV or green laser light, and at a high repetition rate means that Quasar can handle more materials faster and higher quality.
