About This Product

■Summary

admec is a compact, easy-to-use, high-precision air micrometer. The two basic models are the A1 (1ch) type, which provides advanced functions with easy operation, and the A2 (2ch) type, which adds 2ch simultaneous measurement and inter-channel calculation functions to the A1 functions, and has a variety of calculation functions to meet various measurement needs. I will respond. We also manufacture electric micrometers with the same functionality. Because it uses a one-chip microcomputer system, it has excellent cost performance. All models are equipped with an RS-485 output as standard, so data can be sent to a computer and parameters can be set from the computer via the interface. In addition, rank judgment output, external control input, and analog input for temperature correction are standard equipment to meet many FA needs such as automatic measurement.

■Features

-Measurement channels are installed in the same compact size as 1 or 2 channels. -Equipped with 6 types of basic calculation functions for 1CH measurement specification and 35 types for 2CH measurement specification. ・The master set is easy to operate by simply pressing the operation keys, and there is no need for fine adjustments using the knobs. - The number of judgment ranks can be freely set from OK1 to 30 by parameter setting. - Various data for 15 workpiece models can be set in advance. Model switching can be done automatically or manually. ・Three-point calibration with extremely high accuracy makes it ideal for multi-rank sorting on the submicron order. Three-point calibration is a function that corrects not only magnification but also linearity using three master gauges: large, medium, and small. ・In addition to normal measurement, it also supports memory import measurement and continuous import measurement.
