About This Product

Ball lifters transport pasty raw materials (which are viscous, unlike powders and grains) in containers to reduce damage caused by movement and splitting. The ball lifter is a mechanical device that aims to save labor by transporting high-density paste raw materials using dough boxes to high places and secondary processing machines without burdening the workers.

The ball lifter uses a screw shaft instead of a chain to hold the load. The original screw has a long mechanical lifespan compared to chains, and its safety has been established over many years with no accidents.

It is composed of etc.

The operating procedure is to insert the medium dough ball into the ball holder and then measure the dough temperature inside the ball using the dough temperature sensor. After that, the temperature sensor is stored in the column's sensor holder, the safety band is set, and the dough frying process begins.

While pressing the safety confirmation button on the side of the operation panel with one hand, use the other hand to press the up button on the operation panel.To avoid malfunctions and to further increase safety, operate with both hands. The rising motion is maintained and stops once before reversing. This stop is a mid-rise stop to visually check the compatibility of the machine before feeding the dough.

After that, press the up button again using both hands. The ball holder is turned over and the dough is fed into the dough feeder through the chute. The purpose of this series of ball lifter operations is to transport the fabric in its container so as not to damage the fabric.

After the reversal, after the set value (several tens of seconds), depending on the so-called timer selection, after the time is up, it will automatically start the descending operation. It will stop at a set height of approximately 2M above the floor. This stop is a descending intermediate stop. From this point onward until the lowering end, the lowering push button is continued to be pressed with both hands, which is a so-called inching operation that does not hold the operation.

If you release your hand, it will stop instantly. The series of operations can be continued by repeating the above steps. If you neglect to set the safety band when ascending, or if there is an abnormality in the temperature sensor, etc., you will be guided by voice. Furthermore, the abnormality history and maintenance times such as greasing and oil change of the reducer are also displayed on the panel.
