The operating procedure is to insert the actual kneading ball into the ball holder and then measure the dough temperature inside the ball using the dough temperature sensor. After that, the temperature sensor is stored in the column's sensor holder, the safety band is set, and the dough frying process begins.

While pressing the safety confirmation button on the side of the operation panel with one hand, use the other hand to press the up button on the operation panel.To avoid malfunctions and to further increase safety, operate with both hands. The rising motion is maintained and stops once before reversing. This stop is a mid-rise stop to visually check the compatibility of the machine before feeding the dough. The work for the mixer and others is similar until this ascending intermediate stop position.

After that, press the up button again using both hands. The ball holder is turned over and the dough is dumped into the large hopper. It is waiting to be fed into the splitter. Once the dough is fed into the large hopper, select AUTO on the chunker device select switch and press the automatic start button, the bottom shutter of the chunker will open and feed the dough into the splitting machine hopper.

When a certain amount of dough is supplied to the dividing machine hopper, the dough sensor detects the dough and the shutter closes. Also, when the fabric level in the dividing hopper drops and it passes the fabric sensor, the shutter opens, and these opening and closing operations are repeated to control the amount of fabric in the dividing machine hopper.

After the ball is turned over, it will automatically start descending operation after the time is up, just like for mixers. It will stop at a set height of approximately 2M above the floor. From this point to the lower end, the lowering push button is continuously pressed with both hands. If you release your hand, it will stop instantly.

The series of operations can be continued by repeating the above steps. If you neglect to set the safety band when ascending, or if there is an abnormality in the temperature sensor, etc., you will be guided by voice. Furthermore, the abnormality history and maintenance times such as greasing and oil change of the reducer are also displayed on the panel.
