About This Product

This is a static mixer specially designed to improve the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment and desalination equipment operation. Over the past 30 years, STATIFLO INTERNATIONAL (UK) has continually evolved its static mixer designs to meet the needs of various process industries. In recent years, as the demand for installation of steam and gas fluid processing equipment has increased, a compact mixer with excellent turbulence performance and stirring efficiency is required. DSM mixer is used. STATIFLO DSM is designed to achieve the maximum stirring effect with the minimum amount of additive injection, preventing the negative effects of excessive addition, making the downstream separation effect more pronounced, and extending the life of catalysts, membranes, etc. STATIFLO DSM is a mixer that is still under development and has been repeatedly tested and commercialized at BHR, a research institute specializing in fluid engineering.

There are three types of designs: ultra-short type (0.25D), standard type (0.5D), and extended type (1.0D), which can be installed effectively depending on the scale of fluid equipment. We will select the most suitable mixer based on your requested mixer efficiency, number of injections, capacity and pressure loss.
