About This Product

CMR packing is well known for its high throughput and low pressure drop, but its packing style can make it even more efficient. For example, in order to fill a filling size of 35Φ x 35H, a grid with a pitch of 30mm is required for the conventional method. This grid has a low aperture ratio, resulting in high pressure drop across the grid. In addition, the price is high because the materials used and the number of processing steps are large. On the other hand, by using CMR welding, it is possible to use a grid with a large pitch. Pressure loss is reduced by increasing the opening ratio.
