About This Product

■BAUER 85 years of tradition and reliable tankers

・Simple monocoque body, solid tank with hot-dip galvanized finish that has proven durability. ・A BAUER compressor that exhibits high suction performance even for high-viscosity and high-concentration slurries. ・A wide range of equipment to meet various usage conditions. The vacuum tanker V series is a basic model of BAUER steel tankers that incorporates a well-balanced combination of high workability, operability, adaptability, and various safety measures. Its features include powerful, speedy work and minimal maintenance costs. Equipment

■Top hatch with safety valve function

It also serves as a safety valve to prevent slurry from flowing into the compressor and in case the specified pressure is exceeded. (V series standard equipment)

■Siphon (overflow protection)

Combined with the float ball type backflow prevention mechanism top hatch, it has a double safety mechanism. (V series standard equipment)

■Suction connection

Even heavy suction hoses can be connected with just one touch. Gate valve with BAUER quick coupling for quick suction preparation (standard on all series and models)

■Hydraulic discharge gate valve

The spray valve can be opened and closed from the tractor driver's seat using single-acting hydraulic pressure. (Standard on all series)

■BAUER high performance vacuum compressor

BAUER's uniquely designed compressor has a reliable and proven track record and exhibits high suction capacity for highly concentrated slurries. Tough design and minimal maintenance costs.

■BAUER turbocharger (optional)

The hydraulically driven pump assists in powerful suction even when the compressor is running at low speeds. Reduces inhalation time.

■Oil separator with noise prevention (dedicated option)

In addition to preventing waste oil from the compressor from leaking outside, it also prevents dust from being inhaled.

■Large siphon (exclusive option)

■Auto suction (common option for all series)

Speedy, efficient, and hygienic automatic inhalation. Hydraulic suction arm allows suction work into tankers to be easily operated from a tractor. Achieves clean and efficient work in a short time.
