With more than 20 years of experience in gearbox design and manufacturing, and with international research and development of the latest technology in gearboxes, Boneng has developed a new R series geared motor that is innovative and meets customer requirements. Compared with the traditional R series gear motor, the new type R series gear motor has the following characteristics:

■Features

・The unique module design is extremely versatile and can be easily installed in equipment in various fields. Due to mass production, delivery times are also shortened. ・Unique modular design of functional accessories, flexibly responding to various structures, arrangement forms, and different usage situations required by customers. - Multiple worm gears can be connected and operated coaxially, reducing the power source. - The worm gear is machined using a hob tool imported from Germany, optimizing the tooth contact surface and achieving high transmission accuracy. -The exterior design represents Boneng's world-class product design, which owns the intellectual property rights. ・It can obtain a large reduction ratio with a single-stage reducer, and the reducer has small vibration, impact and noise. - There are various installation methods such as foot installation, flange installation, shaft installation, and can meet customers' various installation requirements. - The worm gear is made of tin bronze and alloy steel that has been precision ground by carburizing and boring, making it resistant to adhesion and abrasion, and has a long life. -Fluororubber seal provides excellent high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and abrasion resistance, ensuring safety and long life even in harsh environments.
