We can provide gear boxes compatible with various conveyor conveyance mechanisms such as belt conveyors, apron conveyors, scraper conveyors, bucket conveyors, trolley conveyors, screw conveyors, roller conveyors, and vibration conveyors. We have achieved obvious results in cement, ports, mining, metallurgy, construction and chemical industries. The BE series reducer is designed according to the application and transmission characteristics of bucket conveyors, and has achieved good results in the bucket elevator industry at home and abroad. This gearbox has the following features:

■Features

-The main transmission and auxiliary transmission are integrated and compact. Main transmission and auxiliary transmission can be switched automatically by electronic control. -Auxiliary transmission is easy to maintain and overhaul and can meet user needs. (However, maintenance repairs must be started under no-load conditions.) -The main gearbox is equipped with a reverse rotation prevention device. -The main reducer has 3 stages, and the reduction ratio range is 20-90. We can provide reducers in larger ratios according to customer requirements. - Can be attached to other auxiliary devices such as rainproof covers, protective covers, end plates, etc. depending on the actual usage situation. - Adopts high-quality backstop device and overrun prevention device with small size and high safety factor. - Modular design, international production, and fast shipping. - Adopts a nitrogen rubber seal that has excellent high safety and long service life in complex and harsh work environments, and has high temperature and anti-deterioration properties.

■Caution

・Both the main reducer, auxiliary reducer, and clutch flange must be filled with lubricating oil. Please start after confirming that the filling is sufficient. - All unmarked dimensions in the sample are (mm).
