About This Product

■Summary

In the livestock industry, all kinds of pathogens such as swine fever, avian influenza, BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy), and foot-and-mouth disease can damage livestock and cause losses. ``AgriWash'' is a full-vehicle disinfection device that is ideal for preventing various epidemics of livestock and for sanitary management within facilities. A sensor detects the vehicle and disinfects and sterilizes it fully automatically. Since it is easy to relocate and does not require foundation work, it can be installed anywhere, and can be used not only to prevent epidemics, but also to quickly disinfect in the event of an emergency. Features

■Ensure vehicle disinfection

The amount of drug sprayed is 90L/min. It sprays 90L of chemicals per minute from a total of 16 nozzles, 4 x 2 on the side and 8 on the bottom, ensuring even and reliable disinfection, especially around the vehicle's tires.

■Fully automatic vehicle disinfection

Drivers just drive slowly. Sensors detect vehicle entry and exit and control the chemical spray, allowing the driver to disinfect the vehicle without having to get out of the vehicle. The chemical is automatically diluted and sprayed into the water drawn from the water storage tank in the control box, so there is no need to mix it in advance.

■High versatility

Change settings by switching the dial. In addition to spraying when entering and leaving the venue, it is also possible to spray only when entering the venue, or spray at a set time using a timer control. In addition, a wide range of options allow for antifreeze measures and customization to suit the installation environment and conditions.

■Sturdy design

Compatible with all car models. With a strength of more than 10 tons per axle, it can be used with any type of vehicle, including passenger cars and tractors, as well as large vehicles such as lorries and trucks.

■Easy to relocate

Can be installed and relocated in a short time. Due to its simple structure, it can be installed and removed in a short time. Even if the usage environment changes after installation, it can be easily relocated using the Unic vehicle.
