About This Product

■Summary

Sludge (sludge) immediately after generation is compressed and dehydrated on a two-layer belt conveyor to reduce its volume. The reduced volume makes the sludge easier to handle and reduces the workload. It can also be used to reduce the volume of industrial waste, such as draining and compressing food residue. Features

Immediately reduces the moisture content of sludge immediately after generation.

The only operations are on/off and forward/reverse rotation. There are no difficult operations.

■Wastewater treatment flow

The Climb Press automatically pulls out the sludge generated by the zero wastewater treatment system, compresses it and dehydrates it, and quickly separates water and sludge. Sludge can be greatly reduced in volume through dewatering, which reduces the burden of disposal. Pure Water, a neutral inorganic flocculant used in wastewater treatment, is made primarily from natural minerals, so the sludge produced is highly recyclable.
