About This Product

The best-selling KDB series of ultrasonic dip baths. It is used for preliminary solder coating on aluminum wire, superconducting wire such as niobium titanium alloy, optical fiber cable, etc.

■Product features

Dip soldering is performed by melting the special solder "Cerasolza" in a static soldering bath. Ultrasonic waves are applied vertically to the solder bath. Ideal for soldering that requires penetration into extremely narrow areas and push-up filling.

■Advantages of ultrasonic dip method

・The amplitude and output are large, and the distance (gap between material and vibration surface) where cavitation effect can be obtained is large. - Cavitation is likely to occur due to preheating with molten solder

■Disadvantages of ultrasonic dip method

・Difficult to selectively solder ・Difficult to replace solder Main uses
