Traditional ballsplines and torque transmission linear bearings were not possible from the basic structure due to the impact sounds and the complexity of the track traces of the ball circulation movement, but Ozak linear torque The LT and LTG series can obtain the quietest and smooth linear torque motion that basically improved those structures.
■ Linear torque motion without any rattling
There is a gap adjustment mechanism inside the bearing case, so you can get a linear torque motion without any rattling.
■ Bearing case
The bearing case is made of high -quality aluminum alloy, excellent corrosion resistance, and is designed to be the most compact, and can be ultra -lightly reduced. There are two types of overall length, but you can select according to the machine space.
■ Stable and smooth linear torque motion
Compared to conventional ballsplines and linear guides, the frictional resistance is much smaller, and there is no variation in the frictional resistance during driving, so you can get a stable and smooth linear torch motion in all strokes.
■ At high speed
Even at high speeds, the sound of the ball is quite quiet, so you can improve the work environment for the sound.
There is no need to lubricate such as oil, grease, etc., but if you are worried about dust in the work environment, there are both seals. Also, when using it in a clean room, it is best because there is no need to have a sticker or lubrication. Stainless steel bearings are standard.
