About This Product

■ Characteristics

・ It is a rust prevention series with low -temperature and black chromium processing on the standard type bearing rail. ・ To enhance dustproofness, the side seal is standardized, and up to 20%of the rails are lighter. ・ We also have a variety of stickers as options. -The lithium soap base grease is shipped to the bearing, but it can also be changed to various environmental grease. ・ All model number options compatible/Various grease support

■ Lightening

The weight of the rails has been reduced by reviewing the height and cross -sectional shape. Up to 20 % lighter can be reduced (compared to our company)

■ High losance

Review of the grease supply route and install the grease in the ball circulating road, improving the lubricating performance than the conventional product.

■ Complete compatibility

Bearing and rails are fully compatible, so there is no need to mark the bearing and rails, so you can shorten the assembly time.

■ Ball falling prevention prevention
