About This Product

■Ceramic band heater

In recent years, with the advent of super heat-resistant engineering resins, high-temperature molding has become required. Conventional ceramic heaters suddenly lose insulation resistance around 450℃, making it impossible to use them at higher temperatures. However, in order to meet these needs, we have developed a ceramic band heater that uses ceramic that can withstand ultra-high temperatures.

■Features

・Since it uses ultra-high temperature ceramic insulators, it has high high-temperature insulation properties and good heat conduction properties. ・In addition to heat conduction from the insulator, radiant heat from infrared rays from the heating wire is added, making it possible to equalize the temperature of the heating cylinder. ・Since ultra-high temperature ceramic insulators are used, there is almost no drop in insulation resistance at around 680℃.
