About This Product
■What is mica capacitor?
Mica capacitors are capacitors that use the natural mineral mica as a dielectric material. By using mica, it has extremely excellent temperature characteristics, with heat resistance of over 600 degrees. In addition, the capacitance temperature coefficient is small and constant, and the capacitance accuracy is high, so there is almost no deterioration over time.
Furthermore, it has very low dielectric loss tangent and dielectric loss, and has good high frequency characteristics, so it is often used for circuits that require high accuracy and stability, such as signal equipment, medical equipment, and high frequency circuits. In addition, in recent years, mica, a natural mineral, has been praised for producing transparent and superb sound quality, and has been adopted by several major audio manufacturers in vacuum tube amplifiers and power conditioners, attracting audio fans as a special capacitor known only to those in the know. I'm doing it.
Mica is used in capacitors by peeling off each thin layer, so called ``thousand pieces peeled''. Because this is a delicate process that cannot be accomplished by machines, all of our mica capacitors are manufactured by hand by our engineers.
Additionally, our mica capacitors are well-received as supporting social infrastructure and high-end audio equipment. Therefore, in our manufacturing process, we do not perform random sampling inspections, but instead measure each and every product one by one to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
■Summary
Mica capacitors, which are made using the highest quality natural ruby mica produced in India, have been praised by various audio equipment manufacturers and individual users in Japan and overseas, saying that connecting them in parallel to the internal capacitors of various devices will lead to outstanding sound quality improvements. We have received great feedback. In addition to large-capacity capacitors, relatively small-capacity mica capacitors such as MC20, MC30, MC35, and MCL2 are now widely available for audio applications.
For over 70 years since our founding, we have specialized in mica capacitors, and by leveraging our knowledge and experience, we create one-of-a-kind products that no other company can offer.
