■What is the engine monitoring system and advanced ship safety management system?

The engine monitoring system is a system that attaches various sensors to the engine installed on a ship and monitors the engine status both on the ship and on land. The advanced ship safety management system is a system that creates and supports maintenance plans, including responses to abnormalities, maintenance, and inspections, based on monitored engine conditions.

The engine monitoring system is designed to be easy to see and use, not only for engineers who are familiar with engines, but even those who are not familiar with engines can understand the engine status at a glance. From systems specialized for engine monitoring to systems that include shore support, we provide the optimal system depending on the ship and customer's environment.

■HANASYS EXPERT (HANSYS Advanced Ship Safety Management System)

HANASYS-EXPERT is a system that remotely monitors the status of a ship's main engine through ship-to-shore communication, detects abnormalities and predicted failures, and takes appropriate measures before they develop into serious failures. Expert diagnosis has the advantage of being able to quantitatively determine where aging deterioration points should be performed and when maintenance should be carried out, by checking and understanding changes in the main engine's condition through comparison with factory operating results and trends in each measured value. . In addition to data such as temperature and pressure that can be collected with conventional monitoring equipment, we monitor the status in more detail using high-performance sensors such as cylinder pressure sensors, ring pressure sensors, fuel injection pipe pressure sensors, and crank angle detection sensors. . Based on this technology, we built the Hanshin Advanced Ship Safety Management System, and in 2010, we became the first company in the domestic shipping industry to receive certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as an advanced ship safety management system on an actual ship. Since then, more ships have been planned to be equipped with the advanced ship safety management system, and 21 ships have actually been equipped with the system.
