About This Product

■Motor identification function

By simply inserting the “Ver.2 handpiece” into the DC MOTOR socket (DC MOTOR 1,2), it will identify the type of motor, display the speed, and perform optimal torque control.

■Digital display (rotation speed or output level)

The motor is identified and the rotation speed (×1,000min-1) or output level (LEVEL%) is automatically switched and displayed digitally.

■Error code display function

An error code is used to notify you of an abnormality in the power pack or handpiece.

■Microcomputer control

In addition to the handpiece identification function, it also performs optimal output management for each handpiece.

■Rotation switching mechanism

The rotation direction of the handpiece can be switched between FWD. (forward rotation) and REV. (reverse rotation).

■External input/output signal control function included as standard

The following signals can be input and output from the foot switch socket on the back of the power pack. It can also be installed in automatic machines, etc. for purposes other than hand grinders.

■LED road meter

The load status during work is displayed on the LED. In the event of overload, the LED load meter and alarm will notify you of the situation. (*Please use the handpiece at a continuous level.)

■Foot switch hold function (when using foot switch VC302 [sold separately])

If you want to maintain the rotation speed adjusted by pressing the variable foot switch, press the hand switch or the ON/OFF switch on the station you are using, and the rotation speed will be maintained even if you release the foot switch.

■New brake mechanism

The quick brake mechanism allows you to stop the handpiece quickly. In addition, when adjusting the speed of the handpiece during operation from high speed to low speed, the handpiece is braked to instantly adjust to the set speed.

■New feedback control

It instantly detects a drop in handpiece rotation speed due to the load during work, and supports stable work at the set rotation speed. Ver.2 has further evolved this function, providing a strong sense of torque especially at low to medium speeds. In addition, even with minitor handpieces other than Ver.2, you can get more torque than ever before.
