About This Product

We manufacture steam cans used in the processing of raw materials such as soybeans and rice. It is used in the production of fermented and brewed foods such as miso, soy sauce, sake, and koji. We also have a track record of producing steam cans for use in miso-making, sake-making, and sekihan-making classes at high schools and vocational schools. We will select the size of the can according to the raw material to be steamed. We will propose a clutch type (one-touch opening/closing device) or bolt tightening type to suit your budget. Rotating and fixed types are also available. In addition to manual operation, it is also possible to set up an automatic control program.
