About This Product

This measuring tool is suitable for measuring concentricity and eccentricity of cylindrical parts that do not have a hole in the center. It is possible to measure "concentricity/eccentricity of stepped shafts", "concentricity/eccentricity of outer diameter and inner diameter", etc. You can easily measure concentricity and eccentricity by attaching your own indicator to the measuring device. Types include standard type, large outer diameter type (compatible with large diameters), side checker type, and long work type. The standard type is compatible with workpiece outer diameters from Φ1 to 30 mm, and you can choose from 2 types of bases, 3 types of rollers, and 3 types of movable parts combinations. The large outer diameter type is compatible with workpieces with large outer diameters of Φ30 to 90 mm. The long work type is compatible with long workpieces up to 600mm in length. The side checker type can measure the outer diameter surface and side surface at the same time. It is also possible to customize the dimensions of the base and the position of the clamp and movable parts. If you have any requests, please feel free to contact us. We also provide measuring instruments customized to customer specifications. This is a unit type concentricity measuring instrument. Since it is a unit type, it can be attached to a large measuring instrument stage or other surface plate. The feature is that the user's ideas can be realized according to the workpiece. It can also be used as a jig for polishing round parts on a polishing machine.
