About This Product
This measuring tool is suitable for measuring concentricity and eccentricity of cylindrical parts that do not have a hole in the center. It is possible to measure "concentricity/eccentricity of stepped shafts", "concentricity/eccentricity of outer diameter and inner diameter", etc. You can easily measure concentricity and eccentricity by attaching your own indicator to the measuring device.
Types include standard type, large outer diameter type (compatible with large diameters), side checker type, and long work type. The standard type is compatible with workpiece outer diameters from Φ1 to 30 mm, and you can choose from 2 types of bases, 3 types of rollers, and 3 types of movable parts combinations.
The large outer diameter type is compatible with workpieces with large outer diameters of Φ30 to 90 mm. The long work type is compatible with long workpieces up to 600mm in length. The side checker type can measure the outer diameter surface and side surface at the same time. It is also possible to customize the dimensions of the base and the position of the clamp and movable parts.

You can measure the concentricity of the outer diameter, inner diameter, and runout of the end face of parts without a center hole, such as pins, bushes, and rolled bolts. The diameter of the clamp part is Φ1 to 30 mm, 3 types of roller shapes depending on the shape of the clamp part, 2 types of base material made of iron or aluminum, 3 types of dial indicator mounting movable part, a total of 30 types of combinations to measure workpieces and work contents. You can choose the one that is suitable for you.
Suitable for repeated measurements of large quantities of parts. It is also possible to measure the runout of the inner diameter and end face. Please contact us regarding the shape of the roller depending on the shape of the workpiece to be measured. You can measure the outer diameter and side surface of a workpiece at the same time.
In addition, it is possible to measure two locations at the same time, such as the tip and center, allowing you to measure not only concentricity but also workpiece distortion. Two types are available: double shaft and double linear, 260 x 170 x 150 mm, material: aluminum.
