About This Product

■Product overviewHigh-contrast, sharp images and high operability.An inverted culture microscope ideal for biological systems. Koehler illumination, which is extremely rare in this class of microscope, is used. Provides illumination light with even brightness to every corner of the field of vision. The light source is a high brightness white LED.

4X, 10X, and 20X phase contrast objective lenses are included as standard, allowing you to obtain sharp microscopic images with high contrast. It allows observation at a total magnification of 40x to 200x, which is frequently used in routine work involving cultured cells. The wide-field eyepiece has a high eye point, so you can examine it even while wearing glasses.

Ergonomic design. The stage is low and easy to operate, and the eyepiece is designed at a height that makes it easy to examine the microscope. You can operate the microscope in a comfortable position.

Equipped with a long working distance capacitor, thick containers can also be used. Since the condenser can be easily moved out of the optical path, objects such as tall multilayer culture flasks can be observed. A camera port is included as standard, making it easy to attach a microscope camera.

A wide variety of optional products are available, including a removable mechanical stage and specimen holder (cell culture dish holder) compatible with 96-well microplates and Petri dishes, bright field objectives, and epifluorescence units, making it extremely expandable. This is a high quality culture microscope.

A higher magnification 40x phase contrast objective lens is available as an option.

Optional objective lenses for bright field observation are also available (4x, 10x, 20x, 40x). The eyepiece has a wide field of view and allows for wide-range observation. The high eye point design allows you to examine the microscope even if you are wearing glasses.

■ Equipped with Kohler lightingIt uses Koehler illumination, which is generally only included in high-class microscopes. Kohler illumination provides illumination light with even brightness throughout the field of view, resulting in better microscopic images. The light source is a high brightness white LED.
