About This Product

■Metal and ceramic joining technology

・High bonding strength ・Excellent thermal shock resistance ・Precision joining of large parts ・High strength thin film metallization Thermal shock resistance

■Forced air cooling test

No cracking or peeling of ceramic up to 750°.

■Forced water cooling test

・No cracking or peeling of ceramic up to 500°. ・The shape of the test piece is a silicon nitride chip with dimensions of 10 x 10 x 10 mm directly brazed to S45C.

■Precision joining of large parts

・Metallization film thickness accuracy - ±1μm ・Thickness of brazing metal layer - 10μm ・Maximum ceramic size - Φ200mm ・Ceramics that can be joined: alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, titanium boride, zirconium boride Application example

■Ceramic composite mold

・This mold has a structure in which ceramic is precisely brazed onto a tool steel base metal. ・Applicable to compact disc (CD) molds and nested molds. -This product was developed by our company under contract as part of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's Accelerated Technology Development Project.

■Vacuum sealed parts

Generally, alumina is used for ceramics, and Kovar 42 alloy is used for metals. Maximum operating temperature: 500°

■Ceramic liner

A ceramic chip is attached to the liner surface by brazing. Maximum operating temperature: 500°
