About This Product

■Porous ceramic filter, a proprietary technology developed by Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture

Nissera Micron is a ``high-performance porous ceramic filter'' independently developed by the Hagi Glass Studio Ceramic Department in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Our technology has made it possible to fabricate individual porous ceramic elements with specific precision from a few hundred microns to the submicron range. Furthermore, by adding various functional materials to ceramic materials, the use of our ceramic elements, which can separate and filter only specific particles, can become the core of applied technology in various plant designs. As a domestically produced industrial ceramic filter, we develop and deliver it to all over Japan and around the world. Developed a stacked straw type with low filtration resistance

■Conventional product. Monolith type with different distances between the filtration parts depending on the hole location

Ceramic manufacturers and conventional monolith types have different distances between the filtration parts depending on the location of the holes. Clogging occurs inside.

■Developed product. Stacked straw type with uniform filtration distance

Nissera Micron, developed by the ceramic department of Hagi Glass Studio, is a single stacked straw type made by bundling the developed single tubes. Backwashing efficiency is high and all filters can be backwashed uniformly. Pressure loss is also reduced to 1/5 or less.

■Characteristics of Nissera Micron

Nissera Micron is a stacked straw type made from a bundle of single tubes developed by the ceramic department of Hagi Glass Studio. Backwash efficiency is high and all filters can be backwashed uniformly.

■Long lifespan

It has better backwashing efficiency than the monolith type and has a lifespan of approximately 10 years.

■Low filtration resistance

The filtration resistance of the stacked straw type is 1/5 that of the conventional monolith type.

■Low cost

Freeze-vacuum drying is not required and costs are lower than organic membranes (hollow fiber membranes).

■Sizes that can be manufactured

・Example: disk shape max.500mm×30mm ・Example: Square plate max.300mm×20mm ・Example: Cylindrical max.100mm×1,000mm

■Pore diameter accuracy of filter that can be manufactured

0.15μm - 500μm (We will manufacture the pore size you desire)

■Others

・For the thickness of discs and square plates, please consult us regarding the minimum thickness for each size. ・Please provide as much information as possible, such as the content of the filtrate, pH value, filtration accuracy, desired shape, and dimensional accuracy. ・We also manufacture cup-shaped products. Sizes of disks No. 7 and above and cylinders No. 10 and above may become smaller due to shrinkage during firing.
