About This Product

■Summary

- Can withstand high temperatures of 400℃ or higher and 2,300℃ depending on the product number. ・Since it is completely inorganic after drying and curing at a temperature of 100℃ or higher, it does not generate gas and will not burn even in high temperature areas. - Strongly adheres and fixes to ceramics such as glass, quartz, alumina, and various metals. ・Excellent oil and chemical resistance. ・Water resistance can be improved by heating above 400℃. ・It can be used in a wide range of applications as adhesives, coating agents, and fillers by increasing or decreasing the addition of curing liquid and diluting liquid.

■Applications

・Heat-resistant adhesion and fixation of ceramics to each other ・Heat-resistant adhesion and fixation of ceramics and metals ・Chemical resistance, durability, oxidation prevention, and wear-resistant coating for metals, etc.

■Packing style

・One-component type paste tube 500g, 2kg, 5kg (diluent sold separately) ・Two-component type powder and curing liquid set 1kg/10kg (Powder and liquid sold separately.)

■Caution

・Heating above 400℃ is required to achieve complete water resistance after curing. ・Cannot be bonded to plastics or flexible objects. ・Products that cure at room temperature can be cured by heating, but please conduct a preliminary test to check for foaming and cracking.
