About This Product

■Features

・Reverse and return to origin. - Compatible with motors from 200W to 4.0kW. (Both S2 and L2 motors can be used.) - Easy positioning control with two types of digital switch settings. ・The microphoto sensor installed in the motor corrects the position for each process and accurately reproduces the origin position (stop position). ・The positional deviation judgment function makes judgments for each process and prevents the outflow of defective products. ・Control machine dimensions: 400 x 500 x 300mm

■Control machine

This machine is compatible with molds that cannot achieve a 1:1 rotation ratio due to design. It can also be used when you want to remove positioning screws using an existing mold. When the forward rotation is completed, it waits for the reverse start signal, rotates backward for the number of times specified by the digital switch for the number of reverse rotations, and then stops.
